RIGHTS CUMULATIVE

A. The provisions of this act and the rights granted under this

act are intended to be cumulative with all other rights an interest

owner may otherwise have at law or in equity. To the extent that

there is a conflict between the provisions of this act and any other

rights an interest owner has at law or in equity, then the rights of

the interest owner are to be liberally construed to the end that

those rights which afford the interest owner the most comprehensive

protection to secure the receipt by the interest owner of the sales

price shall be given preference.

B. The rights of any interest owner accrued under the

provisions of Section 548.1 et seq. of Title 52 of the Oklahoma

Statutes prior to the effective date of this act shall be preserved

to the extent not in conflict with the provisions of this act.
