The Oklahoma Arts Council may apply for, accept and use any
gift, grant or bequest from any source for the purpose of
discharging its duties. All monetary gifts, grants or bequests
shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the
Council and shall be disbursed as provided by the Oklahoma Budget
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 53. Oklahoma Historical Societies and Associations Page 28
Law of 1947, as amended, upon proper claims approved by the
secretary or other person designated by the Council.
