Medicaid assistance

The Department of Human Services and the Oklahoma Health Care

Authority shall jointly establish eligibility criteria which ensure

that recipients of assistance pursuant to the federal Temporary

Assistance to Needy Families Program (TANF), who become employed or

who are at risk of losing Medicaid because of earned income

disregards or other excluded resources pursuant to the

Statewide Temporary Assistance Responsibility System (STARS), will

continue to receive Medicaid assistance as otherwise specified by

state or federal law.
