Fees to cover administrative costs

Official statutory text

A licensing board may charge the obligor a fee to cover the

administrative costs incurred by the licensing board pursuant to

Sections 5 through 10 of this act. Fees collected pursuant to this

section by a licensing board which has an agency revolving fund

shall be deposited in the agency revolving fund for the use by the

licensing board to pay the costs of administering Sections 5 through

10 of this act. Otherwise, such administrative costs shall be

deposited in the General Revenue Fund of the state.
