Purchase or lease of passenger motor vehicles

Official statutory text

The Department of Human Services is authorized to acquire

passenger motor vehicles by purchase or lease when the acquisition

is deemed necessary by the Department to implement any program

assigned to the Department. All said purchases or leases for said

vehicles shall comply with the provisions of the Oklahoma Central

Purchasing Act.
