For purposes of the provisions of the Oklahoma Adult Companion

Home Certification Act:

1. "Department" means the Department of Human Services; and

2. "Adult companion home" means any home or establishment,

funded and certified by the Department of Human Services, which

provides homelike residential accommodations and supportive

assistance to three or fewer adults with intellectual or

developmental disabilities.
