Lists of prisoners eligible for public work projects
Official statutory text
Upon approval by the Board of Corrections, the Director shall
determine which prisoners shall be eligible for said public project,
and shall establish and may modify lists of prisoners eligible for
the said public projects. Upon the approval of said project by the
Board of Corrections, the Director may send to the place and at the
time designated the number of prisoners mutually agreed upon as
necessary for the timely completion of said project.
