Registration of helpers - Reporting list of helpers

A. A helper shall register annually with the Department. Any
registered helper shall work only under the direct supervision of a
certified operator.
B. Any authority, company, district, county, municipality,
individual or agency providing water or wastewater services shall
report a list of all helpers in its employment as of the first day
of July of each year together with a registration fee for each such
helper and such other information as may be required by the
Department.
