Subcontractor and independent contract liability

A subcontractor or an independent contractor hired by a general
contractor to engage in the business of roofing shall provide proof
of liability insurance as provided for in subsection A of Section
1151.5 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes. It shall be the
responsibility of the general contractor to ensure the subcontractor
or independent contractor has complied with this section.
A subcontractor or an independent contractor hired by a general
