Examinations

Official statutory text

A. The Board shall provide an examination for candidates to

obtain a certificate as a certified public accountant at least once

each year. Additional examinations may be held at such times and

places as the Board may deem advisable.

B. Each candidate allowed to sit at the examination shall file

a written application on a form prescribed by the Board.

C. In addition to the requirement of confidentiality of

examination results, the Board shall take such action as necessary

to assure the confidentiality of the examination prior to their

being administered to candidates.
