Oklahoma Statutes - Title 59. Professions and Occupations Page 1187

The fees promulgated by the Board of Examiners for Speech-

Language Pathology and Audiology shall be exclusive and no

municipality shall have the right to require any person licensed

under the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Licensing Act to furnish any bond, pass any examination or pay any

license fee or occupational tax.
