Committee - Chairman - Meetings

Official statutory text

A. Within thirty (30) days after the members of the Committee

are appointed by the Board, the Committee shall meet to elect a

chairman who shall hold office according to rules adopted by the

Board.

B. The Committee shall hold at least two regular meetings each

year. The rules may not be inconsistent with present rules of the

Board relating to meetings of the Board.
