Reimbursement under health insurance or nonprofit

hospital or medical service plan.

Nothing in the Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Act shall be

construed to require reimbursement under a health insurance or

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 59. Professions and Occupations Page 1334

nonprofit hospital or medical service plan unless a contract

specifically provides for reimbursement to certified or licensed

alcohol and drug counselors.
