Nothing in this act shall apply to or in any manner interfere
with the duties of any officer of local or state institutions, nor
shall this act apply to any person simply furnishing a burial
receptacle for the dead and burying the dead who were related to
such person by blood or marriage, but not embalming or directing
funerals.
