Banks having trust powers and trust companies subject to

examination and supervision of Commissioner.
All corporations mentioned in Section 1001 of this article,
whether now existing or hereinafter organized and created, are
subject to the examination, supervision and regulation by the
Commissioner and to the regulations of the Board. The Board is
authorized and empowered to promulgate such regulations as it may
deem necessary to enforce compliance with the provisions of this
article and the proper exercise of the powers granted therein.
