Meetings of Board - Quorum
Official statutory text
The State Credit Union Board may meet as often as necessary to
carry out its duties, but it shall not fail to meet at least once in
any calendar year. The Bank Commissioner may call additional
meetings of the State Credit Union Board upon at least twenty-four
(24) hours' notice and shall do so upon request of two members. A
majority of the State Credit Union Board shall constitute a quorum
and action taken by a majority of those present at any meeting at
which a quorum is present shall be the action of the State Credit
Union Board.
