Fiscal agency for state

Official statutory text

Each credit union organized under this act when requested by the

Treasurer of the State of Oklahoma, shall act as fiscal agent of the

State of Oklahoma, and shall perform such services as the Treasurer

may require in connection with the collection of taxes and other

obligations of the State of Oklahoma and the lending, borrowing, and

repayment of money by the State of Oklahoma.
