Investigation upon noncompliance with act

When the Commissioner shall have reasonable cause to believe
that the provisions of this act are not being complied with by any
licensee the Commissioner shall investigate the business, including
the books and records of any such licensee, and may require the
licensee to furnish such additional reports relating to his said
business as the Commissioner may require to effectuate the
provisions of this act.
