Services.

All instruments vesting any right, title or interest in lands or

minerals and mineral rights, providing for the passage of title or

release of interest to or from the Office of Management and

Enterprise Services or any other state agency, whether as grantor or

grantee, and all instruments to adjust any defect or irregularity or

to remove any cloud on the title to lands or minerals or mineral

rights owned by the state, and all notices and orders issued by the

Office of Management and Enterprise Services and proofs of

publication thereof, shall be filed and recorded by the proper

officers of all counties of the State of Oklahoma at the request of

the Office of Management and Enterprise Services without any filing

or recording fee being charged.
