Approval of Governor

Official statutory text

No allocation shall be made from the State Emergency Fund except

upon approval of the Governor in writing, and under such limitations

as may be specified by the Governor, and subject to the conditions

provided for by this act. The Governor's findings and certificate

of approval shall be certified to the Director of the Office of

Management and Enterprise Services, the Secretary of State, the

State Treasurer, and the State Auditor and Inspector.
