Storage facilities and personnel - Duties of Department

Official statutory text

of Public Welfare.

The Department of Public Welfare shall provide adequate storage

facilities for warrants redeemed by the State Treasurer in payment

of assistance to the needy, aged persons, blind or dependent

children, out of funds apportioned to the administrative fund under

the direction of the Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission, and

immediately after the effective date of this act shall provide the

necessary personnel and equipment to remove all paid and canceled

warrants redeemed prior to the effective date of this act, and

thereafter, from the vaults in the State Capitol, to the place

provided by the Department of Public Welfare.
