Posting of disbursement information – Receipts for

Official statutory text

deposits – Permanent record – Audits, apportionment, and

distribution – Maintenance of redeemed warrants and checks.

A. Disbursement information for all bonds and interest coupons

redeemed by the State Treasurer shall be delivered to the Director

of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for posting.

Deposit information for each and every receipt issued for monies

received into the State Treasury shall be receipted for by the

Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

B. Such information shall be maintained as a permanent record

in the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

C. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall audit

such redeemed information and apportion and distribute the

collections as indicated by the State Treasury receipts.

D. All warrants and checks redeemed by the State Treasurer

shall be maintained by the State Treasurer in accordance with state

law.
