Paving, drainage or improvement taxes - Payment by

warrants or bonds.
The owner of any paving, drainage or improvement warrants or
bonds, heretofore or hereafter issued, by any city, town, or
drainage district, or the board of county commissioners for such
drainage district, in the State of Oklahoma, for the payment of
paving, drainage or street improvement in any such city, town or
drainage district, shall have the right to pay and discharge the
lien and taxes assessed or apportioned for such paving, drainage or
street improvement upon any property which he owns in the paving,
drainage or street improvement district in and for which such
warrants or bonds were issued to pay for such paving, drainage or
street improvement; provided, that the taxpayer must be both the
owner of such warrants or bonds, and the property on which the same
is a lien for such assessment for such paving, drain or improvement,
at the time said warrants or bonds are tendered as payment as in
this act provided.
