Sale of bonds in amounts governing board deems proper

Official statutory text

The governing board of any county, city, town, school district,

township, and other municipal subdivisions of this state is hereby

permitted to sell bonds heretofore and hereafter voted upon and

authorized by a vote of the qualified electors of the respective

municipalities in such amounts as the governing board of said

municipalities may deem necessary and proper. The sale of said

bonds shall be in the manner now provided by law.
