Authority for bond issue - Approval by Attorney General
Official statutory text
This act shall be full authority for the issuance of the bonds
under this act authorized, without reference to any other act of the
Legislature of Oklahoma, and said bonds may be issued as herein
provided without an election; provided, however, that the provisions
of law, with respect to examination and approval as to form and
procedure of municipal bonds by the Attorney General of Oklahoma,
shall apply also to bonds issued under this act.
