Appropriation

Official statutory text

There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Mental Health

and Substance Abuse Services from the proceeds of the sale of Series

E Bonds, Section 1, this act, deposited in the State of Oklahoma

Building Bonds of 1968 Fund in the State Treasury the sum of Two

Million Sixty Thousand Dollars ($2,060,000.00) for capital

expenditures as may be required to meet the national life safety

requirements as prescribed by the National Fire Protection

Association Life Safety Code Number 101 and to comply with hospital

safety accreditation standards at the several mental health

institutions.
