Reserve fund of 1965 - Cancellation

Official statutory text

That the reserve fund created and established in the office of

the State Treasurer of Oklahoma by House Bill No. 1010, O.S.L.1965,

page 521, enacted by the Thirtieth Session of the Oklahoma

Legislature for payment of principal and interest on "State of

Oklahoma Building Bonds 1965", be and the same is hereby canceled

effective June 30, 1967, and no sums of money shall thereafter be

transmitted by the Oklahoma Tax Commission out of the cigarette tax

collections for such purpose, and provided this shall not affect the

payment of the principal sums provided in said House Bill.
