Legislative finding and declaration

Official statutory text

The Legislature hereby finds and declares that there is a need

to establish terms regarding the purposes for which bonds may be

issued under Section 35 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution

and terms under which such bonds may be sold and issued by

municipalities and counties for economic and community development,

which are hereby declared to be essential to the economic well-being

of the state.
