Certain housing authorized to use state controlled
Official statutory text
communication towers.
Any city, county, Rural Electric Cooperative or Indian housing
authority created pursuant to Sections 1055 and 1057 of Title 63 of
the Oklahoma Statutes is hereby authorized subject to approval of
the state agency controlling such communication towers to use state
controlled communication towers; provided such use shall meet
engineering specifications to ensure that such towers shall not be
damaged or the purpose of such towers shall not be interfered with.
