Other state and local aid

Official statutory text

In addition to other aids provided herein, the state or any

state or local public body is authorized to make contributions in

the form of donation of land, buildings or personal property for or

in aid of the charitable purpose of housing persons or families of

low income in decent, safe, and sanitary dwellings.
