Penalty for violation of §§ 128.1 and 128.2

Official statutory text

Whoever, either as principal, agent, servant, or employee of

such person, partnership, or corporation violates any of the

provisions of Sections 20 and 21 of this act, or fails to procure a

valid certificate from the Chief State Mine Inspector, as herein

provided, shall be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor

more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
