Oklahoma State University Medical Authority Disbursing

Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority, to be

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 63. Public Health and Safety Page 1590

designated the "Oklahoma State University Medical Authority

Disbursing Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject

to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of appropriated

revenues and federal entitlements. All monies accruing to the

credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and

expended by the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority for the

purpose of operating the Oklahoma State University Medical Center

and supporting the residency program of the Oklahoma State

University Center for Health Sciences.
