Emergency Management Disaster Relief Matching Fund

Official statutory text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund for

the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management, to be designated

the Emergency Management Disaster Relief Matching Fund. The fund

shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations,

and shall be composed of monies that may be appropriated to or

otherwise received by said fund. Said fund is to be utilized as the

state's share of matching requirements for federal funds advanced

under the provisions of Sections 402, 403 and 419, Public Law 93-

288, Disaster Relief Act of 1974 and shall not be subject to

legislative appropriation.
