Emergency Relief and Impacts Revolving Fund
Official statutory text
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland
Security to be designated the "Emergency Relief and Impacts
Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject
to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received
by the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland
Security from all sources designated by law. All monies accruing to
the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted
and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and
Homeland Security for the purpose of the Emergency Relief and
Impacts Grant Program. Expenditures from said fund shall be made
upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as
prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services for approval and payment. All expenditures from
said fund derived of deposits made from the Statewide Recovery Fund
of the State Treasury created in Enrolled House Bill No. 3349 of the
2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, shall be made in
accordance with the provisions and guidance of the American Rescue
Plan Act of 2021, Public Law No. 117-2, Section 604.
