Application

Official statutory text

Any county of the state is hereby authorized to avail itself of

the provisions of this act and to combine its funds with the funds

of a city to be expended for the purposes herein set forth. The

board of county commissioners of any such county in this state is

hereby authorized to contract with the governing body of a city, as

herein provided, for the establishment of a city-county library

system.
