Donations from tax refund to Oklahoma College Savings

Plan accounts.

Each state individual income tax return form for tax years

which begin after December 31, 2015, shall contain a

provision to allow a donation from a tax refund to be

made as a contribution to a specified account established

pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma College

Savings Plan.
