County clerk to furnish budget forms

Official statutory text

It is hereby made the duty of each county clerk, as secretary of

the county excise board of his county, to procure and furnish, at

the expense of his county, the budget forms required by Section

24102 of this Code for the budget making bodies mentioned therein to

prepare and file for consideration by said excise board and to be,

by them, filed with the county clerk and State Auditor and Inspector

as prescribed by law.
