Reimbursement for expenses

Official statutory text

Any person, firm or corporation in existence and doing business

at a specified present location at the time of passage of this act,

required to provide fencing or screening by this act, shall be

reimbursed all actual and necessary expenses incurred thereby upon

the prior submission of a plan or scheme to be approved by the

Department and thereafter the submission of an itemized claim for

such expenses to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation when such

claim is approved by the Commission.
