Violation of the provisions of this act shall constitute a
public nuisance, and the district court in the county in which said
junkyard or scrap metal processing facility shall be located shall
issue its order requiring immediate compliance with this act and the
abatement of said nuisance upon the application of the Director or
his authorized representative.
