Budget estimates - Road programs

Official statutory text

The Department shall file budget estimates with the Director of

the Office of Management and Enterprise Services in the manner

prescribed and at the time required by law, for each fiscal year of

the ensuing biennium following each regular session of the

Legislature. Planning of road programs shall be on a fiscal year

basis and shall show the estimated amount of revenue available to

finance such budget from existing revenue laws.
