Designation of portion of State Highway 74 as the John N

Happy Camp Memorial Highway.
State Highway 74 within the borders of Garfield County shall be
designated the "John N. Happy Camp Memorial Highway" in respect for
this joyous practitioner of representative government. The Oklahoma
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 69. Roads, Bridges, and Ferries Page 189
Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers
to be placed upon the highway bearing his name.
State Highway 74 within the borders of Garfield County shall be
