Coach Ray Troutt Memorial Highway
Official statutory text
The portion of State Highway 58 from the junction of State
Highway 58 and State Highway 45 extending north to the junction of
State Highway 58 and U.S. Highway 64 shall be designated as the
“Coach Ray Troutt Memorial Highway”. Pursuant to the provisions of
Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department of Transportation
shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway
bearing that name.
Highway 58 and State Highway 45 extending north to the junction of
State Highway 58 and U.S. Highway 64 shall be designated as the
“Coach Ray Troutt Memorial Highway”. Pursuant to the provisions of
Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department of Transportation
