Director Steven Stokes Memorial Highway

Official statutory text

The portion of Interstate 35 beginning approximately two (2)

miles north of the intersection of Interstate 35 and State Highway

19 extending approximately two (2) miles to the south of the

intersection of Interstate 35 and State Highway 29 shall be

designated as the "Director Steven Stokes Memorial Highway".

Pursuant to the provisions of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

to be placed upon the highway bearing that name.
