SGT First Class David Clinton Fisher Memorial

Highway.
The portion of State Highway 16 from the intersection of State
Highway 18 and West 221st Street extending to the intersection of
State Highway 16 and South 401st West Avenue in Creek County shall
be designated as the "SGT First Class David Clinton Fisher Memorial
Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
permanent markers bearing that name to be placed upon the highway.
