Intersection.
The intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and State Highway 18 north
of Fairfax in Osage County shall be designated as the "Captain
William "Willy" Hargraves Memorial Intersection". The Department of
Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be
placed at the intersection.
