Tollgate - Feasibility study

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority shall conduct a feasibility
study concerning the construction of a tollgate with both an entry
and exit ramp in the vicinity of the intersection of State Highway
33 and the Turner Turnpike in Creek County if construction on such a
tollgate has not begun on or before October 1, 1987.
