Annual report by Authority

Official statutory text

The authority shall make and submit to the Governor, within

ninety (90) days of the close of the Authority's fiscal year, a full

report showing anticipated projects, projects under construction and

projects in operation, and the financial condition of the Authority

and the sinking fund of each separate project, and such other

information as the Governor shall require. The annual financial

statements must be audited and filed in accordance with the

requirements set forth for financial statement audits in Section

212A of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
