Personal injury or property damage - Liability

Official statutory text

Neither this trust nor any county, beneficiary or municipality

within the boundaries of which such expressway may be located shall

be liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from the

operations of such expressway, or the failure to properly maintain

or repair such expressway; provided that the trust or municipality

may comply with and be covered by Sections 1751 through 1766 of

Title 11, Oklahoma Statutes.
