Oklahoma Statutes - Title 69. Roads, Bridges, and Ferries Page 41
It shall be the duty of the Commission and Director to make
quarterly reports in writing to the Governor of the complete
operation, activities, and plans of the Department, together with
such recommendations for future activities of the Department as the
Commission and Director may deem to be to the best interest of the
State of Oklahoma.
