Plans and specifications for new roads and bridges
Official statutory text
The board of county commissioners in each county may cause to be
prepared, and may adopt by resolution, standard plans and
specifications for the establishment and construction of new roads
or bridges to be dedicated to the use and benefit of the public.

accepted and becoming public roads.
